ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYS (EMS) REPLACEMENT AT FDA

Location will be as identified on the Scope of Work (SOW) and as stated elsewhere in this notice. Pre-registration is required for all attendees to the pre-proposal Site Visit. The Site Visit shall be limited to not more than four (5) representatives from each Offeror. Offerors shall submit a Visit Authorization Request (VAR) identifying all attendees from their respective team. Participants must have a valid, Government issued picture identification, driver's license preferred, to gain access for the pre-proposal Site Visit.
