Backflow replacement (3) at Gateway Arch National Park The purpose of this amendment (0001) is to provide the site-visit roster, and the answer to the one question asked thus far. Q1. How will the awardee gain access to the park? A1. Once the contract is awarded, the contractor will receive an email with an access request form. We will need the vehicle and drivers' information, or Law Enforcement Dispatch Center will run the vehicle and driver. Once cleared, the contractor will get a sticker that will allow them to enter the park. Submit all questions only via email to james_bissaillon@ios.doi.gov by August 13, 2026, to ensure enough time to provided answers. Quotes are due by 5:00 PM CDT on August 19, 2026, unless changed by solicitation amendment. Remember to monitor the solicitation posting for any amendments posted until the solicitation closes. All amendments must be acknowledged by the due date and time for quotes.

Sources and method

Figures on this page are computed from public federal award records. Numbers are never estimated or generated; where a figure is withheld, the reason is stated rather than filled in.

Comparable awards are scored on benchmark category, product and service code, industry code, buyer, place, recency, and contract type. Rubric version comparables@2026.08.1.

  1. 1Notice fields come from the SAM.gov contract opportunities record last seen Sep 4, 2026. SAM.gov remains authoritative.
  2. 2Computed from 50 completed federal awards using comparables@2026.08.1, as of Aug 15, 2026. Award values are neither unit prices nor a forecast.

Note 1 covers the solicitation record; note 2 covers the comparable range. No synthetic FAQ or inferred solicitation value is published.
