The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 4,900 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Petaluma, CA. The Government has identified a need for a minimum of 1,668 ABOA SF to 1,992 ABOA SF of expansion space and is considering alternative space for the total requirement of 6,568 ABOA SF to 6,892 ABOA SF if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
