Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70LCHS26QPFB00034 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Repairs and/or Replacements of multiple roofs for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Charleston, South Carolina. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract utilizing a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection approach. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation is determined technically acceptable and provides the lowest evaluated price. A site visit will be conducted on August 26, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. at Bldg. 61. Due to FLETC�s security requirements, all contractors intending to attend the site visit must submit a completed FLETC Form 121-00-02 Visitor Vendor Access Request form (Attachment 11) to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than August 21, 2026, 11:00 A.M.
