Amendment 0001 is to answer questions received from interested vendors regarding the availability of a list of the backflow assemblies, makes, model and sizes. The Contractor shall provide all labor, travel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform annual inspection, testing, and certification of 100 backflow preventers and cross?connection devices, and shall provide repairs for up to 20 backflow preventers, if deficiencies are identified during testing.and located at 4815 N. Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26026Q0895 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for annual backflow preventor testing and repairs, as necessary.
