UPDATE: PHOTOS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO SOLICITION EVALUATION TERMS ADDED: FAR 52.212 - RELEVANT PAST PERFORMANCE AND PRICE ARE MORE IMPORTANT Solicitation: Aircrew Duty Berthing Renovations Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR Subpart 19.5) Location: USCG Sector San Diego, Building D (Aircrew Duty Berthing Room), 2170 N. Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101 Important Dates Questions Due: September 15, 2026 Proposals Due: September 18, 2026, by 11:59 PM Eastern Time 1. Government dumpsters shall not be used. 4. Period of Performance and Hours All work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the issuance of the written Notice to Proceed (NTP). Samples: Paint color and flooring finish samples or spec sheets. Safety Plans: An Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) & Accident Prevention Plan (APP) detailing Cal/OSHA compliance for lead-containing materials and general construction safety. Technical Plan: Detailed technical plan outlining the project schedule from the post-award walk-through to construction completion. Past Performance & Licensing: Relevant past performance examples and proof of valid professional and trade licenses (plumbing, electrical, tile-setting). Pricing: Transparent pricing sheet breaking down labor, materials, waste disposal, and the total proposed cost. Attachments Statement of Work (SOW) - Aircrew Duty Berthing Renovations Davis-Bacon Wage Determination - San Diego, CA Asbestos and Lead Survey Report - AESS Job No. 26-092 All questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer prior to the Q&A deadline.
