Amanda Patterson-Elliott Contracting Officer VA-VHA-RPOC-2026-0038 Page 2 of 2 Questions and Answers Solicitation 36C26326Q0992 Question 1. Who will be responsible for handling all the PCRA/ICRA paperwork for the VA? Government s Answer: VA Engineering can do the PCRA/ICRA paperwork, they just have to let us know before work starts so the paperwork can be completed before then. Question 2. Also, it says in there to only work out of an ICRA cabinet, can we not poly off everything in the OR and run the HEPAS in the room? Government s Answer: Yes, we can poly everything at the door or use HEPA carts in the room. The contractor must provide their own equipment needed to do work for the PCRA/ICRA such as stark wall, poly, or blue adhesive mats to show identification of work area, we can provide a HEPA cart if need be. Question 3. Is there anywhere we need to use stark-wall vs poly? Government s Answer: OR5 & 7, PACU #4064 lobby, and Building 9 Dialysis need either stark wall or poly.
