Industry is encouraged to review the solicitation requirements on SAM.gov and view the upcoming Pre-proposal Conference. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Polaris Submission Portal (PSP). If not already registered and active in SAM.gov, prospective entities should allot adequate time to complete the validation process in SAM.gov. We strongly encourage offerors and team members to start the validation process as early as possible to avoid issues with submitting Polaris proposals by the due date.
