Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for the construction project entitled, "Chicago Harbor Breakwater Repairs and North Pier Resurfacing in Cook County, Chicago Harbor Breakwater and North Pier, Illinois." PROJECT INFORMATION: Under the contract, the contractor will be required to drill and grout along 1,000 ft of the Chicago Harbor outer breakwater to stabilize the existing structure. Main scope includes concrete resurfacing along the north pier and additional scope includes repair of a failed slab to the North Basin Wall as well as construction of a retaining wall at the eastside of the pier.
