IGF::CT::IGF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED ARE FOR FEDERAL LEASING SUPPORT SERVICES IN FOUR DISTINCT GEOGRAPHIC ZONES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. THE FOUR ZONES ARE IDENTIFIED AS FOLLOWS: NORTHERN SERVICE AREA (ZONE 1), SOUTHERN SERVICE AREA (ZONE 2), AND WESTERN SERVICE AREA (ZONE 3) AND THE NATIONAL CAPITAL SERVICE AREA (ZONE 4). THIS CONTRACT IS FOR SERVICES IN ZONE 4. THESE CONTRACTS ARE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACTS FOR A TOTAL OF NINE CONTRACTS PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. THERE ARE TWO CONTRACT AWARDS PER ZONE (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL SERVICE AREA (ZONE 4), IN WHICH GSA ANTICIPATES AWARDING UP TO THREE CONTRACTS). ALL WORK UNDER THE CONTRACTS WILL BE PERFORMED PURSUANT TO INDIVIDUAL TASK ORDERS. THE PERFORMANCE PERIOD OF THESE CONTRACTS IS ONE YEAR WITH FOUR ONE-YEAR OPTION PERIODS.
