THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED USING EITHER GOVERNMENT OR VENDOR EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES OR A COMBINATION OF BOTH. THE OBJECTIVE OF ELECTRONIC RECORDS MANAGEMENT SERVICES IS TO PERMIT THE ACCESS, MAINTENANCE, CONTROL, STORAGE, DISPOSITION, AND TRANSFER OF ELECTRONIC RECORDS.
