THE PURPOSE OF DELIVERY ORDER W15QKN-18-F-0141, CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT NUMBER M8S-018, IS TO PROCURE FIFTY THREE (53) 1.2 METER INFLATABLE SATELLITE COMMUNICATION ANTENNA (ISA) TERMINALS CONFIGURED TO MEET THE TRANSPORTABLE TACTICAL COMMAND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS AS INCORPORATED ON THE BASIC CONTRACT IN SUPPORT OF THE COMBAT SERVICE SUPPORT SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS - VERY SMALL SATELLITE TERMINAL. THE 1.2M ISA TERMINALS SHALL BE CONFIGURED TO SUPPORT A TRI-BAND CONFIGURATION (X-BAND, KA-BAND AND KU-BAND) AND SHALL BE CAPABLE OF INTEGRATION INTO THE TACTICAL NETWORK. THIS EFFORT ALSO INCLUDES THE PROCUREMENT OF SPARES PARTS AND COMPONENTS REQUIRED TO SUSTAIN THESE SYSTEMS IN THE FIELD, IN ADDITION TO MAINTENANCE TRAINING FOR THE OPERATORS.
