6515--Brand Name Only Stryker BPX Podiatry Surgical Instruments

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, will be issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Brand Name Only Stryker BPX Podiatry Surgical Instruments. The Contractor shall provide Brand Name Only Stryker BPX Podiatry Surgical Instruments to the VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS). The Contractor shall provide products and services in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It is NCO 21 s intention to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for VANCHCS. There are no compatible alternatives authorized and/or available that can integrate with the set without affecting functionality, performance, and/or warranties, etc. associated. Therefore, this will be a Brand Name procurement for the remaining items needed to secure a complete set of Stryker BPX Surgical Instruments for the Podiatry Service at VANCHCS. Please refer to the solicitation for a complete summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quotation using the following NAICS is contemplated: 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. THIS RFQ SHALL BE A TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Solicitation documents will be available on or about Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The solicitation will contain Quotation instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. All qualified and responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
