07 April 2026 NOTICE: AIRCRAFT TOUR ACCESS INFORMATION The Government is requesting the following arrival times for all attendees participating in the upcoming Aircraft Tour: � Non?CAC Holders: Please arrive at the Tinker AFB Visitor�s Center at 6:00 a.m. to allow sufficient time for vetting and base access processing. � CAC Holders: Please arrive at the Visitor�s Center at 7:30 a.m. for check?in prior to the tour. Important Reminder: Tinker Air Force Base has discontinued the Trusted Traveler Program. All individuals entering the installation, including those with CACs, must present a valid form of identification at the gate. Please plan accordingly to avoid delays. Invitations for individual sessions will be sent out in the coming days. 17 March 2026 NOTICE REGARDING DOCUMENT ACCESS Several documents that were previously located in the controlled section have been moved to the public (uncontrolled) section. These documents are identical to the original versions, and no updates or changes have been made. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16 March 2026 INDUSTRY DAY SCHEDULING: The Government is finalizing preparations for the upcoming Industry Day. As part of this process, please update your RSVP to state whether or not you are interested in participating in a one-on-one afternoon session. Specifically: Draft Solicitation: New CDRLs have been added to CLINs X0001, X0001AA, X0001AF and X0020; additionally, the proposal response due date has been updated to 31 July 2026. Section L: Paragraph 3.8.2 has been updated, and section 7.0 pricing has been added. Section M: Section 2.5 Pricing has been added. This will include a presentation and Q&A session followed by one-on-one sessions. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) This is an RFI for market research purposes issued by the C/KC? 135 Contracting Branch, AFLCMC/WLT at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB). This is not something Government personnel can assist you with. If you are unable to view the controlled documents, you will need to contact sam.gov for questions.
