The United States Coast Guard is seeking proposals and bids for Grounds Maintenance Services as described herein for the U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego and the Point Loma Housing Quarters in San Diego, California. Please reference the Statement of Work (SOW) for full details. For those that could not attend the site visit, aerial views are provided. Google Street and Global Views are also available. Sector San Diego - All property within the fenceline at 2710 N Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101 Point Loma Senior Housing Quarters � Located at 2465 Cabrillo Rd. San Diego, CA 92106. There are 3 homes, including a Lighthouse and ancillary buildings that are documented as historical landmarks built in 1892 and are on located on six (6) acres, three (3) acres of which are improved grounds. This location is located within the Cabrillo National Park grounds. Commercial Services Override (FAR 12) FAR Part 12 Request for Offer (RFO) and FAR overhaul overrides all previous associated clauses related to commercial services within this contract. Availability of Funds (FAR 52.232-18) Funding for this contract is subject to availability. Note: Current funding is only available through December; however, this contract and the associated pricing schedule are established for a full year of performance from September 2026 through September 2027. Evaluation Criteria (FAR 52.212-2) Award will be made on a best-value trade-off basis. The Government will evaluate offers based on the following factors, listed in descending order of importance: Relevant Past Performance: Specifically for maintaining large-scale compounds and similar facilities. Technical Approach: The offeror's methodology for fulfilling the requirements of this SOW, including coordination with the facilities team. Price: Evaluated for reasonableness and realism.
