SECTION A � SOLICITATION INFORMATION This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial secure electronic data interchange (EDI) clearinghouse services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR 12.603. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested in response to this notice, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted pursuant to the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. � 47, and is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) in accordance with HHSAR Subpart 326.6.
