All interested quoters must submit the names of their attendees to the Contracting Officer via email at suzanne.martella@fda.hhs.gov no later than 07/31/2026 at 2:00 pm Central time to secure security clearance. Attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the facility security desk. Technical questions arising from the site visit must be submitted in writing no later than 08/12/2026 at 2pm Central time to ensure a formal administrative response.
