BLM-NM RPFO WELDED STEEL CATTLEGUARDS AMENDMENT 1 (08/24/2026)- This amendment is to add Q&A document. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6- Streamline Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. DELIVERY DATE: 12/30/2026 This is an RFQ for WELDED STEELE CATTLEGUARDS in accordance with BLM-NM RPFO CATTLEGUARD SPECS. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay partial invoices for accepted deliveries. 4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items Provisions and Clauses 5. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price - no changes in price. 8. Basis of Award - Award will be based on the offeror whose quotation represents the best value to the Government, considering price and other factors as described in the Evaluation Criteria. Technical acceptability must be met before price is evaluated. Minimum Requirements for responsive quote: 1.
