This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding, with a 30-day response time from the date of this posting. A site visit will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM (CST). All personnel attending the site visit must have prior clearance for access to the facility via an Entry Access List (EAL).
