The tasks to be performed by the contractor are design, build, and test, first article and production C-Band Radar Tracking Transponders which meet the requirements of Performance Specification PMA208-C-Band Radar Tracking Transponder -7007, and are in accordance with RCC 262-14 (June 2014) as tailored by Performance Specification PMA208-C-Band Transponder-17007 (06 Feb 2018). THIS WILL BE A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT The Government expects to select one Offeror on the basis of its proposal providing the "best value" to the Government, all factors considered, as outlined in the solicitation. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed-Price five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract will be awarded. The minimum contract quantity of 3 ea First Article Test (FAT) Units and associated data will be ordered under the first delivery order that will be issued at the time of contract award. The contract overall maximum is three each (3 ea) FAT units and five-hundred each (500 ea) production units.
