All Other Missions: Systems must be capable of operating on internal/external battery power to support dismounted, portable, and temporary site missions. Target Maturity Level: Proposed solution sets should have a TRL of 5 or higher. 5.0 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Submissions must adhere to the following formatting and content rules: Detection Technology: Provide an overview of the proposed detection technology(s). System Capability & Compatibility: Discuss the system(s) capability(s) and detail its compatibility with the missions identified in Section 2 and the requirements outlined in Section 4. Remote Command and Control: If applicable, provide an overview of the implemented command and control function. Otherwise, provide an estimation of effort required to develop a remote command and control function. Testing Summary: Provide a comprehensive summary of testing results. TRL Estimation: Provide an estimation of the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) with supporting rationale, including a discussion on the required effort to reach a TRL of 9 if currently at a lower level. MRL Estimation: Provide an estimation of the Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) with supporting rationale, including a discussion on the required effort to reach an MRL of 10 if currently at a lower level.
