COSMOS Production Phase 2

Awarded Sole Source to Strategic Business Solutions for the delivery of a fully automated Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solution encompassing design, implementation, security, documentation, and maintenance. All services utilized adhere to DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements. The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis Strategic Business Systems (SBS) (CAGE Code 1U6R8) of 5180 Parkstone DR STE 110 Chantilly, Virginia 20151-3814. NIWC Pacific is a designated Cloud Service Manager (CSM), providing the United States Government (USG) access to commercial Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). NIWC Pacific�s COSMOS cloud environment requires the build out of an unclassified production cloud environment and a solution to augment the current COSMOS Research & Development (R&D) environment hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud at Impact Level (IL)- 4/5. While the final deliverable will be a fully automated Infrastructure as Code solution that deploys cloud infrastructure without human intervention, the work covered by this announcement is associated with available funds and additional anticipated funds to build upon the work previously completed by SBS under Contract N66001-25-P-6226.
