The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates issuing an open and continuous solicitation for this requirement on or about September 3rd, 2026. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Quotes will be accepted for an eleven (11) day period commencing with the solicitation issuance date.
