(6) Incorporate the Government responses to Industry questions as Attachment 11. (7) Update FAR Clause 52.216-22 Indefinite Quantity. (8) Update FAR Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Products and Commercial Services. (9) Incorporate revised Attachment 07 Past Performance Questionnaire.(10) Update Section H Special Contract Requirements Clauses. (11) Extend the proposal due date and time to May 27, 2025, at 11:00am Eastern Standard Time. (12) All revisions are highlighted in light blue. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to Update 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Products and Commercial Services as attachment 09, and extend the Questions and Responses to Solicitation due date and time for Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDTE) Engineering and Technical Support (RETS).
