The Department of War (DoW) is issuing this presolicitation notice for a brand-name Bauer Breathing Air Compressor System to support fire department emergency operations. The system must meet NFPA 1901 and 1989 standards, featuring a 15-25 HP motor, 6,000 PSI capacity, three SCBA fill stations, a 100-foot high-pressure hose reel, and an automatic condensate drain. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
