The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified Contractors who are able to meet the requirements identified in the accompanying Statement of Work. Statement of Work (SOW) GENERAL INFORMATION Title of Project: Domestic water based Dental Laser Type of Contract Contemplated: Equipment Purchase SCOPE The dental laser can be used for many dental procedures, including Cavity removal, Periodontal (gum) surgery, Tooth Extractions, treatment of Herpetic lesions(cold sores), treatment of Apthous ulcers (canker sores), and various other surgical procedures. Tooth enamel is the hardest material in the human body. REQUIREMENT/SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS/SPECIFICATIONS Common Nomenclature (commercial description): Domestic Water based Dental Laser for all tissue Soft, Hard and bone.
