This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QK0000025 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), initiated under Executive Order 14275: Restoring Common Sense to Federal Procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The small business size standard is $12.5M Annual Receipts. This is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded for the parts and services listed in Attachment 1 � Schedule of Services � 70Z03826QK0000025. Interested parties shall complete Attachment 1 � Schedule of Services � 70Z03826QK0000025 and submit with their proposal. The RO System Machine, P/N: PV800-124S48, requires rebed of all pre-treatment, membrane exchanges, filters, storage tank disinfection, VFD repair, and troubleshooting as deemed necessary. The onsite services shall be performed on or before September 18, 2026. The only known approved source to perform the required services is Hydro Service and Supplies, Inc. (Cage Code 1FSM7). Only the services requested in Attachment 1 � Schedule of Services � 70Z03826QK0000025 will be considered for award. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these services are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation and its� attachments. All parts shall be approved items. All repairs shall be performed by the OEM or an OEM authorized repair facility. Concerns that are OEM authorized have the expertise and required capabilities to repair/service this item are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. In compliance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), a redacted copy of the justification and approval for other than full and open competition is attached to this solicitation. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY.
