Roseburg Veteran Affairs Health Systems requires comprehensive maintenance, annual load bank testing, and annual ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) testing on generators located at the facility. Roseburg Veteran Affairs Health Care Systems provides inpatient and outpatient care. Uninterrupted electrical power is essential for quality patient care and veteran safety.
