REVISED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT: The Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 2 September 2026 replaces and supersedes all previous PWS drafts and versions in their entirety. 2. This is a non-personal services contract. The scope includes the full removal and disposal of the old track surface, protection of adjacent facilities, installation of a new 13mm full-pour polyurethane synthetic track surface, application of a paved transition strip, and the precise striping of lanes and markings for all components of the Air Force Physical Fitness Readiness Assessment. The contractor�s performance must adhere to the standards set forth in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), including relevant Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), NCAA, and ASTM standards.
