The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) of New York is soliciting quotes from contractors to provide Medical Dental House Air and Med Vacuum Service for the New Jersey Healthcare System, East Orange and Lyons Campus, under a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The solicitation will be issued with a total SDVOSB Business set-aside, and an award will be made to the offeror who is evaluated as providing the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors are listed in the solicitation. All responsible, certified Small Businesses under the identified NAICS may submit quotes for the Agency's consideration.
