All responsible sources must submit a typed quote on the attached specification sheet (BRQ, � SF 1449 -REQUEST FOR QUOTATION), which will be considered for award. Award In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), focus on best value, the Government reserves the right to award item-by-item, or in aggregate.
