This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Acceptability: Quotes must demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed the salient characteristics of the items listed in the schedule (Brand Name or Equal). If quoting an "equal" product, the vendor must provide sufficient technical documentation for the Government to determine acceptability. Price: The Government will evaluate the total firm-fixed-price for reasonableness.
