65--VISN 22 Eyeglass Contract

The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Government intends to procure Eyeglasses for Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22, Prosthetic & Sensory Aids Services (PSAS) in support of the Albuquerque, NM; Phoenix, AZ; Prescott, AZ; Tucson, AZ Healthcare Systems beneficiaries in accordance with the specifications outlined in the impending solicitation. Requirement shall be solicited for a five (5) year period of performance. This requirement shall be procured under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8123, and be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The NAICS code is 339115, Ophthalmic Goods Manufacturing, Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The solicitation shall be an SDVOSB Set-Aside. It is anticipated that the solicitation shall be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about March 15, 2019.
