FY26 Northern Area Gate Attendant Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV25QA040, for Gate Attendant Services for various locations in Northern Area Public Site Areas in Oklahoma within Tulsa District. There are currently 11 purchase orders anticipated, at Canton Lake, Heyburn Lake, Keystone Lake, Oologah Lake, and Skiatook Lake. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721211 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $10M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is M1PA. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only in the Solicitation Module on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website at https://piee.eb.mil/. It is the contractors responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. All amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the quote. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base period and two (2) option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion.
