Muical Instruments

This requirement is musical instruments for the Marine Forces Reserve band. Submit bid response packages electronically via upload to FBO only. All bids should include an overall total price in addition to individual pricing by contract line item (CLIN). If technical issues arise upon attempting to upload quote in FBO, email the FBO error notice, quote, and any applicable attachments to stephanie.mbelu@usmc.mil and shelley.mentzos@usmc.mil. Emailed/faxed bids will only be considered if FBO error notice is provided and meet the following conditions: emailed quotes may not exceed 5MB in size due to server/network restrictions, multiple emails may be submitted if necessary to ensure timely and complete receipt of your bid, only pdf email attachments are authorized as any other email attachment types may be rejected by this agencies servers. Complete blocks 17a (17b if applicable), 30a, 30b, and 30c of attached the SF 1449. Additionally, please submit your quote on your company's letterhead and include your companies the CAGE code and/or DUNS number. Submit SF 1449 (with any amendments) and quote only. Label files as follows: SF 1449 - "Company Name"_M67961-19-Q-0037, Quote - "Company Name"_M67961-19-Q-0037.
