Campus Wi-Fi for Dorms (Misawa AB)

The 35th Civil Engineering Squadron located in Misawa AB, Japan, is seeking qualified vendors for the installation and service provision of Campus internet/Wi-Fi in multiple dormitory buildings and designated outdoor patio areas as stated on the attached PWS. This requirement will support the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). A mandatory site visit will be conducted on the week of 24 - 28 Aug 2026. Specific day will be coordinated and posted via an amendment at a later date. Interested parties are required to RSVP to the attached POC by no later than 0900 21 Aug 2026 JST (2000 20 Aug 2026 EST) to be added to the attendee list. Response must include: Full name, Email address, phone number, and if base access is available for each requested attendee. Offerors intending to submit a response to this RFQ must attend the site visit. The purpose of the site visit is to familiarize offerors with the existing site conditions and the requirements of the PWS. Failure to attend this mandatory site visit will render the Offeror's quotation ineligible for award.
