Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call Order

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A COMPETITIVE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) CALL ORDER. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY -- IT IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
