The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price. Description of Requirement: Gate Repairs for USCG Station ANT Kennewick. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2026-01 Effective Date 03/13/2026, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM October 2009, CGAP 03/25/2026. The Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5527 revision # 29 date of last revision 08/17/2026 applies. All interested offerors arrive no later than five minutes prior to their RSVP'd start time.
