Customizable Variables: Cost-of-living analyses must be highly customizable, allowing users to adjust for factors such as earnings level, home size, home ownership vs. rental, family size, number of automobiles, and automobile value. NONPROFIT SECTOR COMPENSATION Regulatory Sourced Data: The platform must provide access to competitive pay data for nonprofit executive compensation, sourced directly from official filings (e.g., IRS Forms 990, 990-EZ, and 990-PF). Visual Analysis & Verification: The data must be presented via interactive graphs and tables, with the ability to benchmark against comparable organizations and view the original source documents. OCCUPATIONAL COMPLIANCE & JOB ANALYSIS FLSA Status Estimation: The software must include tools to estimate overtime exemption status under both state and federal regulations.
