This is a solicitation for Facility Investment Services at Marine Corps Reserve Training Center, Kaneohe Bay, HI. Please see attachments for all necessary information. Amendment 001 to this solicitation updates the Pre-proposal conference/Site Visit time to 0730am HST. All other changes remain unchanged. See Attachment entitled 26R2436 Notices and Attachments_Amd001. Amendment 002 to this solicitation extends the Proposal Due date all other changes remain unchanged. See Attachment entitled 26R24360002_Amd2_Proposal Extension. Amendment 003 to this solicitation extends the Proposal Due date. All other changes remain unchanged. See Attachment entitled 26R24360003_Amd03_ProposalExt. Amendment 0004 to this solicitation incorporates answers to RFIs submitted May 2026 and extends the proposal due date. See Attachments 26R24360004_Request For Information_Answers_06262026 and 26R24360004_Amd04RFIAnswers. Request for Information (RFI) questions are posted. Answers will be posted as soon as possible. All questions and answers will be incorporated into the solicitation via amendment prior to proposal due date. Proposal due date may be extended with amendment to incorporate RFI questions and answers.
