NextGEN Infrastructure Upgrades - RFIs .Does attendance at the 21 August site visit condition eligibility to quote by the 28 August 2026, 5:00 PM Eastern closing date? No, attendance is not mandatory. If attendance is required, would the Government consider either a second walkthrough before the closing date, or an escorted walkthrough for a single authorized subcontractor representative at a time convenient to Engineering? Attendance was not mandatory, additionally another site visit will not be granted. Is there any information identifying the approximate conduit routes and run lengths, telecommunications-room locations, access-point locations, ceiling or mounting heights, and site-access conditions? We reviewed the solicitation attachments and located the West Haven campus map and the general VA telecommunications infrastructure standard; however, we did not find project-specific drawings or photographs of the work areas. All APs Diagram attached. No additional drawings will be provided.
