WWYK190230, REPAIR ARNOLD AVE BETWEEN H AVE AND M AVE The work to be performed under the terms of this contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the repair of pavement by full depth replacement and mill & overlay of Arnold Ave between H & M Avenues at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. After review of the attached project specific documents, if you are interested to attend the Initial Site Visit, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received by 2:00pm CT on 10 June 2026. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an Initial Site Visit will be coordinated. You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose. The proposal will be due 24 July 2026 at 2:00PM CST.
