PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project #652-19-908 Install Door Openers The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 652-19-908, to Install Door Openers Various Locations at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA. The Contractor s work shall include, but not limited to: Install three (3) power-operated openers on designated doors (installation materials must be compatible with current Hospital Access control systems) Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS CODE: 238290 Size Standard: $15.0 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about July 3rd , 2019. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
