Additionally, the following paragraph has been added to he bottom of Attachment 3 - Evaluation Procedures, 'Evaluation: The evaluation will begin with the three lowest-priced quotes to determine their technical acceptability. If fewer than two quotes meet the technical requirements, the process will continue by evaluating the next lowest-priced quote. This evaluation will repeat, moving to progressively higher-priced quotes, until two technically acceptable quotes are identified.'
