THE INCUMBENT CONTRACT WAS AWARDED TO CHRISTMAN OUTDOOR DESIGNS FOR AN AGGREGATE OF $18,578.40 FOR FIVE (5) YEARS. THE STATEMENT OF WORK WITHIN THIS SOLICITATION MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED FROM THE INCUMBENT CONTRACT; THEREFORE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT QUOTERS THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE STATEMENT OF WORK IN THIS SOLICITATION AND MAKE A SITE VISIT. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1305M326Q0365 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for snow removal and ice mitigation services to be provided . This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 561730. The small business size standard is $9.5M. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATION 2015-4769 REVISION 32 DATED 05/13/2026 WILL BE INCORPORATED AND MAY BE VIEWED AT WWW.SAM.GOV (ATTACHMENT 2) SEE THE ATTACHED SF 18 WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL QUOTERS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. SITE VISIT INFORMATION A site visit is highly recommended but not required. See RFO 52.237-1 Site Visit for how to set up a time to visit the site. Per NOAA Deviation 2025-02/03: System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Contracting officers will not consider those representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.
