This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. army Contracting Command-Warren, Michigan proposes to award a limited source award in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, with Acrow Corporation of America, Parsippany, New Jersy and Mabey Bridge, Ltd., United Kingdom. The resultand award will be a three year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed price (FFP) contract for the acquisition and delivery of commercial modular panel-truss Line of Communication Bridge (LOCB) systems, and Field Service Representative (FSR) Support for technical assistance and training services.
