Chemistry Analyzer COBAS 8100 services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, Ga. 30904. � The contract is expected to be awarded under� FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B, which states that Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.� The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with the NAICS Code of� 334516. A� Justification� for single source� has been prepared.� The contract will include 6-month base with the possibility of a 6-month option. � � � This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
