Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for HRC1771464 - Leading Effective Human Systems � Center for Human. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to CENTER FOR HUMAN SYSTEMS INC under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
