The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform comprehensive parking garage maintenance services at the SLVHCS Parking Garages. (SLVHCS) 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119. Services include mechanical sweeping, pressure washing, parking striping, trash and debris removal, and structural member inspection and minor maintenance. All work shall be performed to ensure a clean, safe, functional, and compliant environment for Veterans, visitors, and staff. Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside applies to all items in this solicitation.
