This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 124455260104 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Monongahela NF FR78 Dogway Bridge Replacement; The contract removes three (3) existing vented ford low water crossings over Dogway Fork located on FR 78 with new single span structures. The new structures at MP 0.39 - Lower Dogway Bridge, MP 1.11 - Dogway Bridge, and MP 1.6 - Upper Dogway Bridges include concrete abutments, timber decks, and new gravel approaches. In stream work and dewatering is required for all bridges. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 The small business size standard is $45M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Webster County, WV AMENDMENT 0001: Adds an ORGANIZED SITE VISIT and adjusts due dates as follows: SITE VISIT Location: Meet at Cranberry Mountain Nature Center, Intersection of Rt 39/55 and, WV-150, Hillsboro, WV 24946 Date: Wednesday 12 August 2026 Time: 11 a.m. Eastern Latitude: 38.183539 Longitude: -80.252786 Directions: Located at the junction Route 150 and Route 39/55, 16 miles from Marlinton and 22 miles from Richwood. QUESTIONS ALL Questions shall be submitted IN WRITING via email to debra.brinn@usda.gov and CC to chad.h.arbogast@usda.gov ALL QUESTIONS are due no later than August 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. REMINDER that 52.236-3 Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work is in effect. Site visits are not mandatory however if there are things that could have known or should have been known by inspecting the site, they will not be considered differing site conditions in the event that they are not accounted for in a quote.
